Laws, statutes, ordinances, and constitutions, ordained, made and established, by the mayor, recorder, aldermen, and assistants, of the city of New-York, convened in Common-Council, for the good rule and government of the inhabitants and residents of the said city : published the twenty-seventh day of January, and the first day of February, in the twenty second year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second, by the grace of God, of Great Britain, France and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith &c. annoque Domini 1748.
