April 8, 1775 Proclamation by Pennsylvania Governor John Penn revoking the proclamation of November 2, 1774, and re-proclaiming the extension of Pennsylvania authority to the Maryland lines, as proclaimed September 15, 1774. A copy of the September proclamation is included at end.
