Peoples' constitution : Constitution of the state of Rhode-Island and Providence Plantations, as finally adopted by the people, in December, 1841
A constitution passed at the end of an extra-legal assembly with ties to the Dorr Rebellion and called the People's Convention on November 18, 1841. The document was never recognized as law in Rhode Island.
