January 31, 1825 Report from the Committee that visited the Asylum for the Deaf and Dumb in Hartford. The Asylum resolved to allow Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts to send their deaf and dumb students to its institution; Maine resolved to provide $1,500 per year to provide for its students.
