To the public : The present General Assembly of this colony, in their first session, passed a resolution, disqualifying the judges of the Supreme Court from sitting in General Assembly .

Concerning the failure of the New York General Assembly to consider charges of mal-conduct on the part of John DeNoyelles, a representative from Orange County, while disqualifying men of ability and integrity.
