Beskrivning:This monthly was founded by Alexander Jones and edited by Seba Smith who had earlier created the Yankee comic character, Major Jack Downing. Smith contributed a great deal of the content as did his wife, Elizabeth Oakes Smith, who wrote poetry and drama criticism.
