Ordered, that the communication from His Excellency the Governour to the Honourable Council of the 15th day of February last, and the report of the committee of Council thereon be printed in pamphlets, and that one thousand copies of the same be struck off for the use of the members of the General Court ... sent down for concurrence. H.G. Otis, president. In the House of Representatives, Nov. 16, 1808. Read and concurred. Timothy Bigelow, speaker."--Page 18.
