Anno nonagesimo quarto supra Milesimu[m] quaterq[ue] centesimu[m]. die vero vicesema secunda nouembris" [22 Nov. 1494], followed by the printer's device with his name: "Bivilaqva Simon." Text printed in double columns, paragraph form, 55 lines to the full column. Without verse nos. Title centered at top of right page. References and section letters in margins. Prologues. First 15 ff.: "Incipit Tabula super Biblia[m] per versus composita omnes libros ... ", a table composed of 212 mnemonic verses giving one word as the key to the contents of each chapter, by G.
