Official account of the disputation held in Baden im Aargau May 1 to June 8, 1526. Seven propositions, directed particularly against the teachings of Zwingli, were prepared by Eck and Murner who spoke in their defense. The chief speaker on the Protestant side was Oecolampadius. Cf. Miskuly, J.M. Thomas Murner and the Eucharist, 1990, p. 61-62.
Published also in Latin in 1528 under title: Caussa Helvetica orthodoxae fidei disputatio Helvetiorum in Baden.
