At end: "Done in Congress by unanimous consent, this twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand seven hundred and seventy-nine. John Jay, president." Followed by the order of Governor Jonathan Trumbull, of Connecticut, June 9, 1779, that the address be published and read at religious services throughout the state. Imprint supplied by Evans.
