Seychelleak

Seychelleak (ingelesez eta ; ingelesez eta frantsesez ahoskatua) edo Seychelle uharteak Afrika ekialdetik hurbil dagoen uharte estatua da, Indiako ozeanoan kokatutako 115 uhartez osatua, Madagaskarren iparraldean. Halaber, biztanle kopuruari dagokionez kontinenteko herrialderik txikiena da. Helburu estimatua da urtero hainbat turistarentzat bertako eguraldia eta hondartzak direla-eta.

Ofizialki Seychelleetako Errepublika (; kreoleraz: ''Repiblik Sesel'') da eta hiriburua Victoria (2002an 24.970 biztanle) du. Mahé uhartean kokatuta dagoen hiriburua da. Biztanleriaren herena bertan bizi da. Gainera, bertan, lurraldeko aireportu bakarra dago, non mundu osoko lurraldeetatik gehienbat turistak heltzen dira. Bertako hizkuntza ofizialak Seychelleetako kreolera, frantsesa eta ingelesa dira. Ordea, bertako jendeari seychelletar esaten zaie. Errepublika presidentzialista batean bizi dira, non Danny Faure da bertako presidentea. Erresuma Batuarekiko independentzia 1976. urteko ekainaren 29an lortu zuten. Lurralde osoak 445,00 km² ditu.
