Industrial Workers of the World

ou Travailleurs industriels du monde, abrégé IWW, est un syndicat international fondé aux États-Unis en 1905 dont le siège actuel se trouve à Chicago. À son apogée, en 1923, l'organisation comptait environ actifs. Le nombre de ses adhérents déclina de façon spectaculaire après une scission en 1924, résultat de conflits internes et de la répression gouvernementale. Aujourd'hui, l'organisation milite activement, et compte environ à travers le monde. L'adhésion aux IWW ne requiert pas de travailler dans une entreprise où existe une représentation syndicale et n'exclut pas l'adhésion à une autre organisation syndicale.

Les IWW ont comme principe fondamental l'unité des travailleurs au sein d'un seul grand syndicat () en tant que classe sociale partageant les mêmes intérêts. Elle vise à l'abolition du salariat. Les IWW sont connus pour avoir développé le ''Wobbly Shop'', une forme de démocratie en entreprise, dans laquelle les travailleurs élisent des délégués révocables.
